Shipping policy

Everything is handmade and shipped from the USA!

Currently using USPS | UPS. Tracking will automatically be sent to you via email once the item has shipped. 

When will my new items arrive?

We have  2-7 business days (excluding holidays) processing time after your order is placed before it
ships. All items, are custom-made pieces.

From the moment your order has
been SHIPPED, it can take 2-4 business days for Parcel orders to arrive. We will do the best we can to get your products out the door as quickly as possible and provide you with tracking info but please note we are somewhat at the mercy of the carriers once they have left our facilities.

We will ship some items to PO Boxes, however, please note that large orders are unable to be delivered to a PO Box. If you have any questions about your order's delivery, please contact us at:  freshenup@freshiesbystephy.com.

If you enter a PO Box at check out, and your item is unable to be delivered to a PO Box, we will contact you before your item can ship.
