Satisfaction Guarantee (No Returns)

Because each item is handmade and often personalized, we do not accept physical returns.

However, your satisfaction matters. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to make it right, which may include:

  • Replacement of a defective or incorrect item
  • Store credit toward a future purchase
  • Other reasonable solutions depending on the situation

Our goal is for you to feel confident purchasing from us.

Store Credit Policy

  • Approved issues will be issued as store credit 
  • Store credit never expires
  • Credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We will resolve the issue promptly

Non-Refundable Situations

Store credit or replacements may be declined for:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout 
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Normal wear, scent fading over time, or misuse
  • Change of mind after production has begun
