Because each item is handmade and often personalized, we do not accept physical returns.
However, your satisfaction matters. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to make it right, which may include:
- Replacement of a defective or incorrect item
- Store credit toward a future purchase

- Approved issues will be issued as store credit
- Store credit never expires
- Credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We will resolve the issue promptly
Non-Refundable Situations
Store credit or replacements may be declined for:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Normal wear, scent fading over time, or misuse
- Change of mind after production has begun
