Freshie Making Party: Craft Your Own Mom, Grandma, or Teacher Car Freshie!

Hey friends! Come join me, Stephanie, in my cozy Hanover, PA basement studio for a laid-back, hands-on freshie-making party. No experience needed – I'll be right there guiding you through every single step to make a beautiful, scented car freshener that lasts weeks. I have been making Freshies for 3 years & new to Hanover, PA. I have dreamed of the day I would have the space to do these type of get togethers!

What's Included & How It Works:

  • Limited to just 8–10 people so everyone gets personal attention and plenty of space.
  • Browse a display of designs to choose from: Hilarious mom titles ("World's Best (family title)," "Boy Mama," "Mother of the Freaking Year"), sweet grandma ones, teacher appreciation quotes, plus cute extras like sarcastic quotes and motivational sayings.
  • Sniff first! Smell my pre-scented aroma beads and pick from my top 5 best-performing scents (strong throw, lasts weeks after baking).
  • Customize your sparkle: Add mica powder for color, glitter for extra bling & top them off with a variety of beads and bows!

Step-by-step with me: Place your chosen cardstock design in a round mold, color your beads, set the cardstock in the mold, add glitter, pour the scented beads over it, bake in my portable ovens (quick batches), cool, then finish with a big fabric bow, glitter bead, and string.

  • Everything bakes right in for a permanent, fused finish.
  • Optional upgrade: Press 4 Magnets 2x2 square magnet of your design to take home for the fridge (+$8). For the Magnet add on please email Freshenup@freshiesbystephy.com So I can pre-print photos to ensure the squares are lined up so you can press away!

Event Details:

  • Price: $40 per person – all supplies included (beads, designs, mica/glitter, bows, molds, ovens, take-home bag)
  • Includes: 2 Freshies, light snacks & drinks.
  • Cooling takes 30–60 min for best results - plenty of time to chat, add magnets, and enjoy! I am going to set up a cooling area with fans to assist in the cooling time frame.
  • Dates: Starting small – first event [Wednesday, April 1st, 2026], follow-up dates leading into Mother's Day and Teacher Appreciation Week if we love it!
  • Time Frame: I predict 2 hours depending on cooling and if we are having a good time! Kids start spring break with a half a day 4/1. So I figured this would be a perfect 1st date for my Freshie Party. Starts at 6pm.
  • Location: I live across the street form [Grandview Plaza Shopping Center]
  • Bring: Just yourself (and maybe a friend – group discount $5 off each if 2+ book together)
  • Perfect for: Moms night out, teacher gifts (spring is here!), grandma spoiling, or just fun self-care crafting.
